3rd F · Faith
Faith
The 3rd F in F3 is Faith — believing in something bigger than yourself. Often that means F3 men serving the community. We’re a group of men with full-time jobs and, often, full-time families. We don’t yet have standing commitments to community organizations, but when needs or opportunities arise, we do our best to rally and support the community we live in.
Service
Food Bank Donation
In the months before the 2026 Keystone Convergence, PAX collected food and other nonperishable items for donation. Following the event, nearly four pallets were delivered to the Bedford Food Bank — a testament to the generosity and teamwork of Pennsylvania’s F3 regions joining forces to support the local community.

Service
School Supplies Drive
Central PA F3 purchased over $500 worth of school supplies to support the United Way and Family Resource Center of Blair County. Through this fundraiser, many school-age students will receive a backpack that is full of basic school supplies including pencils, pens, folders, and much more. Many students in need will have the supplies they need to find success this year thanks to the men of Central PA!

Service
Memorial Park Cleanup
Five PAX showed up to give Memorial Park some love, spreading fresh mulch and sprucing up the swings and play stations so local families have a nicer place to gather. Small crew, big impact — that's Q the community in action.

Service
Patriot Packs Ruck
F3 Central PA's 1776 Challenge asks PAX to cover 17.76 miles their own way, anytime during July — ruck it, run it, walk it, or bike it. Every dollar raised goes straight to Operation Patriot Packs, supporting veterans in need through care packages, housing help, and direct aid. To mark America's 250th, only 250 event patches were made available to participants.

Service
Gabriel Lee Friedline 5K
Our F3 PAX came out and supported the Gabriel Lee Friedline 5K this spring. The event has been held annually since 2012, and all proceeds from the race are used to help families cover financial expenses for the unexpected loss of babies or young children.
