LeadershipSLT
The Shared Leadership Team (SLT) is made up of PAX who volunteer their time to help keep the region aligned with the F3 mission. It's not glamorous, but it's rewarding in its execution — SLT PAX strive for continuous improvement of the region so the highest impact is made, from the individual PAX to the community. Nantan
State Farm
The Q and spiritual figurehead of the region. Embodies the ideals of F3 leadership, leads the SLT, and inspires PAX. Represents, but does not govern.
1st F Q
Turtle
Ensures the smooth running of the AOs and adherence to standards, including Q school for new PAX. Works with the Nantan and Weasel Shaker on 1st F AO growth, and helps plan and execute CSAUPs.
2nd F Q
Hourglass
Mr. Party Pants. Whether it's social events, family picnics, Christmas parties, or Coffeeteria, this is the guy who makes it happen and gets PAX motivated about fellowshipping together.
3rd F Q
Ryobi
Understands the needs and wants of the PAX and serves as the point person to help plant anything from a weekly Bible study to an open discussion group to a community service opportunity.
Weasel Shaker
Hello Kitty
Shakes the men who are trying to weasel out of their commitments. Keeps an ear to the ground and a finger on the pulse of the PAX alongside the Nantan.

The tech-savvy Q for keeping PAX connected to one another. Slack, social media, and newsletters are the tools he uses to keep the drumbeat going.

The Freedom Hammer, coveted by all, signifies a win in the Keystone State. It's awarded during a convergence event where multiple AOs participate — PAX from various regions compete in beatdown competitions, fundraising challenges, Q Source challenges, or other events for a chance to take it home. Q Source is the integrated expression of F3's leadership philosophy — the region's leadership manual. It's built from timeless principles and designed to help F3 men improve their leadership skills for the benefit of their families, workplaces, and neighborhoods, whether followed solo, through a local Q Source meetup, or alongside 43Feet's weekly Q Source podcast.
